VA ReimbursementAny student wishing to be refunded for a course must submit a written request via email to customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com within 3 days of funding approval. There will be a non-refundable $30 processing fee on all refund requests.
Students who wish to withdraw from an Aircraft Maintainer course must submit a request to customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com before funding is awarded OR must request a refund in writing via email within 3 days of funding approval.
Students enrolled in courses through Aircraft Maintainer can drop a class by submitting a written refund request via email to customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com. The request must be done before funding is received OR the student must request a refund in writing within 3 days of funding approval.
We understand things come up – you are welcome to reschedule your final exams, however, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your originally schedule exam time, you will be responsible for paying a $20 cancellation fee. Please respect the time of our Exam Proctor by being sure you are able to test on the date you select. Please email customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com to initiate an exam cancellation.
