Guard/Reserve
Pay out of Pocket: If not on active orders.The AFCOOL is a Total Force Enlisted program. It includes all enlisted AFSCs for RegAF, AFRES, and ANG. Funding will be provided for RegAF, AFRES, and ANG members on Title 10 or Title 32 (502F) active duty orders. Funding will not exceed a maximum of $4,500 per lifetime per Airman.

Pay out of pocket: Pay first then submit for reimbursement.

Civilian
Pay out of Pocket: We currently do not have an alternate funding avenue for civilians. You just have to pay up with that hard-earned cash, unless you get grandma to pay for it.
Refunds

Any student wishing to be refunded for a course must submit a written request via email to customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com within 3 days of funding approval. There will be a non-refundable $30 processing fee on all refund requests.

Withdrawals

Students who wish to withdraw from an Aircraft Maintainer course must submit a request to customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com before funding is awarded OR must request a refund in writing via email within 3 days of funding approval.

Dropping a Course

Students enrolled in courses through Aircraft Maintainer can drop a class by submitting a written refund request via email to  customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com. The request must be done before funding is received OR the student must request a refund in writing within 3 days of funding approval.

Extensions
Students who wish to request an extension on any of their Aircraft Maintainer courses MUST contact customer support. Extensions are typically granted but must be requested in writing via email. If the student does not contact customer service, course access will expire and course progress may be lost. Students must request extensions before course timeout. 

All other requests regarding courses should be submitted to the customer support department. We are here for you and will go out of our way to make sure you get the certifications you need.
Proctored Final Exam Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

We understand things come up – you are welcome to reschedule your final exams, however, if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your originally schedule exam time, you will be responsible for paying a $20 cancellation fee. Please respect the time of our Exam Proctor by being sure you are able to test on the date you select.  Please email customersupport@aircraftmaintainer.com to initiate  an exam cancellation.
