Forge Flightworks is Looking for Qualified Candidates to Join Their Team!

Forge Flightworks

Forge Flightworks is a company that recognizes hard work and dedication. Originally created by Bob Carpenter (pictured below) as Carpenter Avionics in 1981, the company grew and became the Signature Flight Support for Nashville International Airport.

After being purchased by Mark Lee, the company continued to grow and achieve more thanks to the values it was built upon. Carpenter Avionics was eventually rebranded to Forge Flightworks in an effort to better reflect its ever-growing mission to offer a broader array of installation, repair, interiors and related services for general aviation aircraft operators.

Forge Flightworks proudly hires veterans, and works with DoD SkillBridge.

The CEO, Mark Lee, has this to say about hiring individuals with the NCATT certification:

“Over a relatively short period of time, the NCATT credential should enable a person in our system (and in other similar environments, I imagine) to demonstrate deeper and broader capabilities which, in turn, translates into even higher pay.  At our company, the more you can do, the more we can pay you.  We pay based on capability and skills.  We’re huge fans of NCATT here, because the NCATT preparation tells us that the person cares a lot about their avionics career; has a deeper and broader understanding of avionics principles and real-world scenarios; and can likely do more now and in the future. “

This sounds like a great opportunity working for a company that values achievement and experience. Go apply today!
